The Beauty Detox Solution: Beauty Food Pairing Cheat Sheet

Now that you've learned about food pairing in my Beauty Detox Solution blog, here is an easier cheat sheet to use when having a meal.

Beauty Food Pairing Cheat Sheet

1. Starches DO MIX with Veggies.

2. Proteins DO MIX with Veggies.

3. Proteins & Starches DO NOT MIX.

4. Different Proteins DO NOT MIX.

5. Different Starches DO MIX.

6. Fats DO NOT MIX well with Protein; pair moderately.

7. Fats DO MIX with Starches.

8. Fruits should be eaten on an empty stomach.

9. Fruits mix with raw greens (but not melons).

*non-concentrated foods are ripe fruits and non-starch vegetables; everything else is a concentrated food.
The general rule is to wait three to four hours before eating one concentrated food before eating another for maximum digestion. More Energy = More Beauty!
